Terms of Service

Last updated · May 28, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of VisaPilot. Please read them carefully — they explain what the service does, what it does not do, and the responsibilities each of us holds.

This document is a template provided for product development and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it in production.

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VisaPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using VisaPilot on behalf of an organization (such as a travel agency), you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

02What VisaPilot provides

VisaPilot is an informational and preparation tool for travelers with one or more passports or residencies. The service helps you:

  • Compare visa requirements across your passports.
  • Build document checklists and prepare application packages.

03No guarantee of visa approval

VisaPilot does not guarantee visa approval and is not a substitute for official government sources or licensed legal advice. Visa rules change frequently and final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities. Where required, consult the official consulate or a licensed immigration professional.

04Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must:

  • Provide truthful, current information.
  • Keep your password confidential and notify us of any misuse.
  • Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.

05Agency accounts

Agency accounts may manage applications and data on behalf of their clients. Agencies are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from their clients, handling client data lawfully, and complying with all applicable regulations governing visa and travel services.

06Payments & refunds

Paid services are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Revolut, on its hosted checkout; by paying you also agree to Revolut's applicable terms. Government fees, where applicable, are separate from VisaPilot service fees and are shown distinctly — and for self-submission routes are paid by you directly to the issuing authority. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and is described in your plan or order details.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPilot is provided on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel, denied entry, or rejected applications. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
