Tourist Visa

Seychelles Travel Authorisation (Visitor / Tourism)

We can submit this for you

Seychelles is visa-free for every nationality, but all travellers must obtain a pre-arrival electronic Travel Authorisation through the official Seychelles Electronic Border System (SEBS) before departure. It is used for tourism, holidays and visiting friends or family. On arrival a free Visitor's Permit of up to three months is issued at the border; this can be extended in successive three-month periods up to a maximum of twelve months for SCR 5,000 per extension. The standard Travel Authorisation fee is EUR 10 with approval within about 24 hours; premium (EUR 30, about 6 hours) and urgent (EUR 70, about 60 minutes) processing tiers are also offered. Applicants must show a valid return or onward ticket, confirmed accommodation and sufficient funds for the stay.

Transit Visa

Seychelles Travel Authorisation (Transit)

We can submit this for you

Seychelles has no separate transit visa: because the country is visa-free for all nationalities, travellers passing through who clear immigration receive the standard pre-arrival electronic Travel Authorisation and a free Visitor's Permit of up to three months on arrival. The Travel Authorisation must be obtained through the official Seychelles Electronic Border System (SEBS) before departure. Travellers should hold a confirmed onward ticket and meet the usual entry conditions of accommodation and sufficient funds. The standard fee is EUR 10 with premium and urgent processing tiers available. There is no distinct lower-cost airside transit category published.

Business Visitor Visa

Seychelles Travel Authorisation (Business Visitor)

We can submit this for you

The same pre-arrival electronic Travel Authorisation through the Seychelles Electronic Border System (SEBS) is used by business travellers attending meetings, conferences, negotiations or short professional visits. Seychelles is visa-free for all nationalities, so no consular visa is needed, but the Travel Authorisation must be approved before departure. A free Visitor's Permit of up to three months is granted on arrival and can be extended up to twelve months total at SCR 5,000 per three-month period. Business visitors may not take up paid employment or self-employment in Seychelles; gainful activity requires a Gainful Occupation Permit. Seychelles Workcation Retreat Programme (Remote Worker)

We can submit this for you

The Workcation Retreat Programme, introduced in April 2021, lets remote workers, freelancers and online-business owners live in Seychelles for up to twelve months while working for foreign employers or clients. It is approved through the Seychelles Electronic Border System and does not authorise employment with a Seychelles-based company, so it does not trigger local income tax or employment obligations. The initial stay is up to twelve months and is not renewable as a continuous extension, though a fresh application may be made. Applicants must show proof of remote employment or business, accommodation in Seychelles and financial means to support themselves. The application fee is published at around EUR 45.

Self-Employment Visa

Seychelles Gainful Occupation Permit (Self-Employed / Business)

Anyone intending to set up a business must first submit a Project Memorandum to the Seychelles Investment Board (SIB) for consideration, and foreign partners in a business require SIB approval. The applicant must hold a valid business licence and company registration documents. As with the employee GOP, the fee is SCR 1,000 processing plus SCR 500 per month or part thereof, and the worker may not begin trading before the permit is issued. Seychelles Gainful Occupation Permit (Employee)

We can submit this for you

The Gainful Occupation Permit (GOP) is the main work permit required by every non-Seychellois who wants to be gainfully occupied in Seychelles, whether full-time or part-time, paid or unpaid. Permits can be collected one to five days after submission. A medical fitness certificate is mandatory for any employment longer than one month.
