Georgia Visa-Free Entry (365 days)
Citizens of ~94 countries (all EU/EEA, US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Japan, South Korea, GCC, most of CIS, several Latin American and Asian states) may enter and stay in Georgia visa-free for one full year, with no advance application. The stay resets on re-entry and historically allowed living, studying and remote work; however, from 1 March 2026 paid employment, business or self-employment serving the Georgian market requires a separate work permit under the new labour-migration law. EU citizens may enter on a national ID card.
