Digital nomad, freelance, skilled employment and company transfers.
Armenia has no dedicated digital nomad visa, but freelancers and remote workers register as a Private Entrepreneur (sole proprietor) — same-day registration, no capital or minimum income requirement — and use it as grounds for a 1-year temporary residence permit (state fee AMD 105,000), renewable annually. Micro-business income up to AMD 24M/year is taxed at 0%, turnover up to AMD 115M at 1-12%. After 3 years of residence the holder may apply for permanent residence or citizenship; this is the de-facto nomad route, very popular with relocated Russians.
