Golden Visa (Residence by Investment)

Qatar Premium Real Estate Residency (QAR 3,650,000+)

Qatar's top property-investment tier: owners of real estate worth at least QAR 3,650,000 (~USD 1 million) qualify for permanent-residency-style benefits covering health care, education and investment privileges, in addition to sponsor-free residency for the family. This is Qatar's de facto 'golden' residency product; it grants PR benefits but not citizenship, and remains tied to maintaining the qualifying ownership. Administered through the Aqarat one-stop window with title and residency issuable within days.

  • Work: Own businesses, invest freely
  • Study: Free public education like citizens
  • Residency: Permanent residency, no expiry
